Cell Phoning while Driving

Damn scare tactics. Consumerist liked to this article debating the issue of cell phone bans.

My two cents:

1. These bans are impractical. In a hyper-connected world, efforts to curb hyper-connectivity are futile. (resistance is futile)

2. What else will they ban? California moved on to text messaging. Next they'll say you shouldn't talk using hands free devices. Then they'll continue down the slippery slope and find the need to codify the illegality of shaving while driving, eating while driving, tellings jokes while driving, etc., etc., etc.
